This Q&A series explores the opportunities and the origins of the Partner Solutions business, differentiators to Crow Holdings’ strategy, and how the firm integrates its strategic liquid solutions strategy within investors’ real estate portfolios.

In his recent article in NAIOP, Crow Holdings Development’s Senior Managing Director Clark Machemer explores the greater significance of the firm’s redevelopment of 25 Market St., the landmark building previously home to the Marcal Paper warehouse, in Elmwood Park, New Jersey. Clark writes, “Trophy assets have the potential to inspire: the designer’s creativity, the tenant’s legacy, and the community’s pride. The realization of that potential begins with the real estate community challenging itself to approach the next generation of infill redevelopment with a new set of standards founded in quality and focused on the future.” Read Clark’s full article here: https://lnkd.in/dncbnXWe.
