Proud to deliver another industrial facility that makes you rethink what industrial real estate can look like! Thanks to our trusted partner KSS Architects for their vision.
This three-building, over-one-million-square-foot development is poised to be the heart of the central New Jersey industrial market. Arsenal Trade Center, a Class A logistical space, provides access to more than two million people within a 30-minute drive, enabling last-mile deliveries, while its proximity to the New Jersey Turnpike and Garden State Parkway allows for easy access to the entire New York and New Jersey metro area. We were proud to be part of the team in delivering this project to meet the ongoing demand for high-quality, well-located logistics spaces.
