Last week, we had the pleasure of welcoming our client WilmerHale to DISCO's Austin office for a productive round of business meetings. Our time together is always a great opportunity to brainstorm innovative solutions. But what made this visit truly special was the time we spent giving back to our community. During our lunch break, we rolled up our sleeves and teamed up to create care packages for people experiencing homelessness to be distributed by Caritas Austin. It was inspiring to see everyone come together and make a positive impact beyond the boardroom. Collaborating in both business and service reflects our shared values of teamwork and social responsibility. Thank you, WilmerHale for your time with us and commitment to making a difference! Here’s to more productive meetings and meaningful collaborations ahead! #DiscoCares #CommunityService #Teamwork #CorporateSocialResponsibility Eric Friedrichsen, Zviad Guruli, Justin Hoffman, Alisa McLellan, David Smolin, David W. Finding key information in ediscovery can feel like finding a needle in a haystack. Finding pieces of a single needle in many haystacks? That's mobile data. Modern conversations—professional, personal, and even criminal—aren’t confined to a single platform. That means following the thread of evidence can mean piecing together data from email, text, collaboration tools, and more, all on a single device. Layer in the cloud’s ability to mirror this data on other devices and the haystacks multiply. Ready to master mobile data for ediscovery? Here are key considerations and best practices to get you started: https://okt.to/sgkrSE This article is part of our ongoing Ediscovery Mastery series including: Mastering Virtual Conferencing Data for Ediscovery 👉 https://okt.to/zkaf0T Mastering Ephemeral Data for Ediscovery 👉 https://okt.to/kQgPyZ
