As the back-to-school season begins, students, families, and schools can rest easy knowing that CTS prioritizes safety with secure, reliable transportation. We meticulously coordinate every detail to ensure a safe journey from start to finish. Here are a few safety tips to keep in mind: 👉 Bus Stop Safety: Ensure students wait in a safe spot away from traffic and cross the street only when the bus has come to a complete stop. 👉 Boarding and Exiting: Remind students to use the handrail when boarding or exiting the bus, and to always be aware of their surroundings. 👉 Seat Belts: If seat belts are available on the bus, encourage students to use them and ensure they stay seated during the ride. 👉 Stay Alert: Teach students to avoid distractions like phones or headphones when walking to and from the bus. In addition to student transportation, we coordinate professional services for individuals on Medicaid and Medicare, including dual-eligible, low-income, older adults, and persons with disabilities. Thanks to a nomination from his colleague Gina F., we’re celebrating Terrell for his fairness and knack for solving problems as our Quality Assurance Manager. This October marks three years for Terrell, where he serves as the Quality Assurance Manager. He values the strong company culture and the relationships he's built with colleagues. In his role, Terrell leads the QA team in resolving transportation issues, working closely with both internal teams and external partners to enhance the member experience. He's proud of the department's growth and grateful for the opportunity to lead such a dedicated team.
