Peterson is thrilled to work for our longtime friends at Indiana Steel Fabricating Inc. to expand and renovate their building! We have completed the first phase of this project, which included adding a new 8,000 SF precast warehouse and 3,000 SF of new office space, kitchen/breakroom area, bathrooms, and locker room. Our team is now working on the second phase of this project. We are remodeling 8,000 SF of space on the first and second floors, including all the offices, bathrooms, kitchens, and reception areas. #ThrowbackThursday featuring our new headquarters at the former PX building at Fort Benjamin Harrison. The goal of the project was to incorporate an open, collaborative contemporary space into the 120 year old building. The historically accurate windows flood the space with natural light. Special considerations had to be made to comply with Historic Preservation requirements for all exterior work.
