Team #Cutter was back on the road filming a new healthcare provider documentary in Birmingham, Alabama and Houston, Texas🎥. This series of videos will raise awareness for Rhett Syndrome, A rare genetic mutation affecting brain development in girls👧. We had the honor of meeting the healthcare professionals who are beyond the research of DAYBUE: The first and only FDA-approved treatment for Rett syndrome. My Transformative Experience at the WBL Annual Summit: Leadership Reimagined I am thrilled to share my awe-inspiring experience at the 23rd Annual Summit of the Women Business Leaders (WBL (Women Business Leaders of the US Health Care Industry Foundation) in Las Vegas, held from March 11th to 13th. As a new member of this prestigious organization, I couldn't have asked for a more impactful and positive immersion. Over three remarkable days, I had the privilege of engaging with 250 passionate, powerful, and supportive female leaders at the luxurious Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts Las Vegas. The networking walks, breakfasts, lunches, roundtables, cocktail hours, dinners, and the closing night dance party provided ample opportunities for memorable, insightful, and supportive conversations with my fellow WBLs. The Summit's opening keynote, "Lead to Win: How to Be a Transformational and Authentic Leader in Any Environment," delivered by the incomparable Carla Harris, was a treasure trove of wisdom. Her emphasis on transparency, under-promising and over-delivering, and giving voice to everyone resonated deeply with me. Laura Huang's session, "How Women Leaders Can-and Must-Find Their Edge," provided another 45 minutes of thought-provoking content. Her insights on how having an edge can amplify hard work and enrich, delight, and guide others were particularly valuable. Tissa Richards's interactive workshop, "The Art of Declaring Yourself: How to Be Memorable & Develop Professional and Personal Swagger to Accelerate Your Career," equipped me with a concise and powerful narrative to share and accelerate my career. I am grateful to the WBL staff, sponsors, speakers, and peers for creating such a valuable and enriching experience.
