This two-story facility will be a game-changer for the campus, featuring modern classrooms, administration offices, and collaborative workspaces as part of the larger Whole Site Modernization project. We’re proud to partner with Mosher Drew and San Diego Unified School District to bring this vision to life, creating an innovative and welcoming new entryway for the Marauders community! The California State University-Dominguez Hills Health, Wellness, and Recreation Center has gone vertical! Once complete, the 69,400 SF two-wing building will include a standard-sized court, MAC (Multi-Activity Court), elevated jogging track, fitness center, multipurpose rooms, and Health and Wellness Center, which includes areas for consultation, relaxation, education, and training. #CWDriverCos #Construction #CSUDH LPA, Inc. Last week, our team celebrated the grand opening of the Orange Coast College College Chemistry Building at its ribbon-cutting ceremony! This modern, 43,800 SF, two-story facility elevates science education with state-of-the-art labs, lecture halls, faculty offices, a resource library, and versatile meeting areas. With striking molecular-inspired graphic panels and inspiring views of active lab work, the design fosters collaboration and innovation.
