We had an amazing time at Bisnow DICE Midwest 2024 in Chicago! With over 400 attendees, it was a great opportunity to connect with industry leaders. Our own Jim Roche spoke about the future of data center power management and alternative energy sources alongside fantastic colleagues. Jim emphasized the importance of integrating natural gas and nuclear energy with existing power grids and renewables like solar and wind, coupled with battery storage. These solutions are crucial as data centers aim for sustainability goals while meeting increasing power demands. 🏗️ Last week, our EHS Team hosted their 4th Annual Contractor Safety Summit at our Dallas Headquarters. The Summit brings together safety representatives from contractors who are close partners of ours to ensure we are held to the highest safety standards. In attendance were safety representatives from our Construction General Contractors as well as from our Facility Management Company, JLL. A highlight of the summit this year, was the presentation of our Safety Excellence Award. This recognition celebrates the exceptional safety efforts of our general contractors in 2024.
