Last week, DASH’s Director, Product & Market Structure, Kala Di Giacomo, and Chief of Staff, Jennifer Fagenson, joined leaders from Virtu Financial for a “Lessons in Leadership” panel as part of a summit co-hosted by Virtu and BNY. Speaking to the University of Chicago Women’s Lacrosse Team, Kala, and Jennifer shared valuable insights from their career journeys — highlighting the importance of resilience, mentorship, and authenticity. Kala focused on her experience as an emerging leader and the steps she's taken to forge her own path, which really hit home with the young college women soon to enter the workforce. We’re proud to support events that create space for real conversations and inspire the next generation of talent. DASH Chief of Staff Jennifer Fagenson recently joined industry peers at NOIP’s (National Organization of Investment Professionals) second annual Back to School Fundraiser Night in NYC. The evening was dedicated to empowering students from underrepresented communities with essential financial literacy skills, and is one of several NOIP initiatives to open doors for students who might not otherwise have access to these opportunities. We enjoyed refreshments, DJ Del’s mixology, a raffle and good company – all in support of a meaningful cause. We’re proud to support NOIP’s mission and look forward to future events!
