    It’s quite typical for people to attend a panel and brag about it. This could very much be a post like that. But personally, as I compose it I am filled with strong emotions that I want to share as an entrepreuner and not as a CEO. Being a speaker at the prestigious VCs on Tees weekend event at The Sagamore Resort, in Lake George it’s an absolute honour and a testament that our entrepeunerial impact with the work we do at Threedium is being positively noticed across the globe and especially in US. A market that is of high strategic importance to us. Being invited on stage along with some absolute enterpreuner rockstars who are redefining US Business like Michael Lazerow Kass Lazerow Dave Carvajal Bob Lynch Joe Gagnon Michael Haddix Jr Matias Rivera Larrain Travis Terrell made me feel very proud and signalled to me that we are ready to be promoted to the Big League. Huge thanks to Joyce Reitler for scouting us and Edward G. Reitler for believing in us from day 1. Reitler Kailas & Rosenblatt LLP is hands down the best VC Law Firm in the market - no doubt. Cannot think of any other institution that can pull so many important players across US within the ecosystem (and their families) for a weekend in Lake George - testament to your invaluable work and respect people hold for you. Lastly an enormous thank you to one of my mentors and first ever investors Andreas Panayi & Kinisis Ventures Ltd for constantly pushing our limitis and open us huge possibilities in the States. No words are enough to their input. Be brave, believe in yourself, surround yourself with top talent and overachieveres, be consistenlty ridiculously ambitious.     16 years in a position to hire people, and I just discovered something probably quite obvious to others, but that I never knew: How helpful an executive search firm can be. 🤯 We just announced SponsorUnited's new CFO, and the experience of making this hire was the best, and dare I say most fun of my career. With a disciplined approach, the search was like a well-oiled machine – purposeful, accountable, yet unhurried. Dave and his team's efficiency, energy and ability to push us was unmatched. 🔄 𝐎𝐛𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬 & 𝐅𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐛𝐚𝐜𝐤: The unbiased, candid feedback from external experts was invaluable. The time and depth of knowledge required for such thorough vetting would honestly have been challenging to replicate internally. 🧩 𝐔𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 '𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭' 𝐚𝐧𝐝 '𝐖𝐡𝐲': Dave and our collective team, including Spectrum Equity collaboratively helped us grasp what we truly needed in the role – beyond skills, a candidate who resonates with our vision and values. The initial groundwork done internally also honed our overall understanding of our needs and identity. The nuances of this process became clearer, thanks to their guidance.
