For over 40 years, Inner City Health has provided equitable, high-quality healthcare for all. Their community has grown to almost 30,000 patient visits annually from across the metro Denver area. Jennifer Henry, Janette Ray, and Wendi Ekborg attended their Gala Benefit – Jazzed 2024 – raising funds to support prenatal care for moms-to-be and their babies. UCHealth Green Valley Ranch Medical Center wins a 2024 HREI Insights Award Congratulations to our partners at Remedy Medical Properties and Kayne Anderson on winning the Best New Medical Office Buildings and Other Outpatient Facilities (less than 25,000 square feet). This annual award recognizes excellence in healthcare real estate development and executive leadership. The new one-story, 12,170 sf medical office building adds to UCHealth’s growing portfolio across the growing Front Range, providing urgent care, primary care, imaging, and physical therapy. This project was a success thanks to efforts of Ann H. Adams, Deborah Willier, John Seward, Janette Ray, and Melyssa Feiler.

Congratulations to our partners at Shea Properties on the approval of $29 million in Colorado Multifamily Housing Revenue Bonds for the office-to-residential conversion of 4340 South Monaco. Perhaps the first of its kind, Davis Partnership Architects has been providing design services to turn the 124,000 sf building into 143 studio- to four-bedroom apartments in the heart of the Tech Center. The units will be 100% income restricted for tenants making between 30% and 70% of the area median income.
