    As BBQ's, family get-togethers, and Fourth of July parties commence, frozen foods ❄ step in to provide the better overall value shoppers seek to support these occasions - from frozen meats to sides and dessert novelties. According to Chelsey Capps, "'It’s really important for retailers to create custom strategies for their private-brand programs. For some, it would behoove them to go after some of these larger pack sizes.     Another Summer Fancy Food Show in the books! 🍉📕 The event was jam-packed with the latest food and beverage trends from around the world. Sarah Diamond from our Thought Leadership team attended the event and was blown away by the sheer magnitude of creativity at this year’s show.    “There wasn’t a single booth I stopped at that was one-dimensional,” shared Sarah. “The fusion of trends was clearly visible. Fruity beverages were not only sweet, but also free from artificial flavors, low calorie, and targeted to enhance gut health. Many snacks were not only gluten-free but also vegan.     Meet Renee End! Renee is a senior business manager for our Retailer Operations team, working with suppliers and one of our retail partners to drive Private Brand performance and innovation through thought leadership and insights.     Renee continues to receive recognition from our suppliers and retail partners and was recently called out by a C-suite level partner as being the best business manager they have ever worked with anywhere in their career.     Renee exemplifies many of our enterprise’s core values, especially Put People First. She is passionate in developing the skillsets of junior employees and is a true role model for her team.     “Always be a student of the business.     Meet Grace Teodosio! Grace is a senior manager on our Category Solutions team. Grace is responsible for tracking and driving #PrivateBrand growth within non-foods. She leverages consumer and sales data to identify key trends and provide recommendations, expanding our Private Brands expertise across these categories.       Grace is always up for a new challenge and brings her A-game to every single project.
