She will be discussing “Leadership: Your Leadership Journey/Style,” sharing insights that inspire others to unlock their leadership potential. Lana Kopsala, an accomplished real estate agent and successful mountain climber from central Massachusetts, began her career in the legal field with a focus on real estate. In 2002, she transitioned to becoming a full-time real estate agent. Lana’s passion for helping people achieve their homeownership goals is matched only by her adventurous spirit, which takes her all over the world in pursuit of new challenges and experiences. Lana will be joined by our host, Deb Staiger, on the topic “Bring it on Home – Real Estate, Adventure, and Staying Grounded.” Kirby Hasseman is the CEO of Hasseman Marketing and Communications, author of the recent book, “Hit the TARGET”, and host of a weekly web show called Delivering Marketing Joy where he interviews business leaders from around the country. In addition, he hosts a weekly, award-winning podcast called Promo UPFront with Bill Petrie. Kirby will be sharing his experiences and seasoned advice on the topic “The Accomplished Life. How to Get More Done… (and be happier).” Stephanie Licht is the SVP, Director of Process Improvement and Automation at Bremer Bank. With over 18 years of experience in the financial industry, she has led teams dedicated to uncovering hidden potential within existing processes. Stephanie is passionate about fostering curiosity and encouraging innovative thinking. She is inspired by the strong mentors who enriched both her personal and professional growth and is dedicated to doing the same for others. Stephanie will be discussing, “Imposter Syndrome- How to get out of your own way! and providing listeners with practical take-home strategies to overcome imposter syndrome.
