What an incredible year it's been for amp sound branding Landor! It's a real pleasure to be on this exhilarating journey with you all! 2024 promises to be even more exciting. Here are some of the sonic trends we are expecting: -The meteoric rise in demand for scalable, on-brand music and voice. We have the only AI based, generative music platform on the market, creating ownable, branded music in an instant. -Increase in highly personalised user experiences, which include instantly customised music, tailor made to the users preferences and languages. We have pioneered this with some of brands this year, but expect a boom in the next year(s). It's not enough anymore to simply cut through the noise, you also need to match the mood to the moment, the tone to the receiver's personality, and say it in the right language.... -UX/UI and brand voice will become more and more important. The next frontier in sonic branding and something we at amp sound branding Landor have been spending considerable time on in 2023. What are some of your sonic predictions for 2024?

We started Simply Technologies in February 2011 together with Alexander Adamyan Some things remained unchanged over these 13 years: our core values, ambitious projects, great partners worldwide, a rockstar team. What has changed? A lot… but today I would like to share my toughts about the three stages of the evolution of my perception of company success: ❌Profitability - this is a very important measure, but too obvious to be true. It puts the company and the team on different sides of the table. ❌ Revenue - this will put the company and your team on the same side of the table but leave your clients/partners on the opposite side in a lot of cases. ✅ Reputation - is the main metric for me now. It covers the above two in the long-term perspective and allows to set better common goals with the team, clients and partners. However, it is a way more complex task to measure a company's reputation than the profit or revenue. Probably I’ll talk about my ways of measuring the company's reputation in another post to keep this one short. Happy 13th anniversary to all Simply Technologies partners, clients and the team!

This morning, Neu21 hosted an online event which over 100 attendees registered for. I was in charge of setting up the backend, and after thorough testing, everything was running smoothly. However, just five minutes before we were set to start, an error popped up. While trying to fix it, I accidentally locked about 85% of the audience out of the event. Once I'd realised the mistake, I notified all the attendees, and fortunately, many were able to join the event, albeit late. Right after the event ended, we had our regular Neu21 weekly team meeting. Despite knowing I hadn’t done anything intentionally wrong, I still had a niggling feeling of letting people down. However, when I told the team what happened, the response I received was simply: "That must have been really stressful for you." Not, "You should have done X or X" "If I were you I'd have done X" "That is such a shame because..." "I hope you'll take some lessons from this..." Just Empathy. Love. Care.
