Situated in the heart of Washington D.C.’s Chinatown entertainment and commercial district, the Grogan building was originally constructed in 1891 as a furniture manufacturing store. Remodeling the exterior required coordination and approval from D.C.’s Historic Preservation Board and Chinatown Board.
