WOW! We’re excited to announce that Do Good Chicken is now available in frozen form through Sysco - the largest food service distribution company in the US under a co-branded product portfolio This partnership shows that we can AND ARE bringing sustainability to scale through established supply chains throughout the food industry. Showing the world that we can actually solve these environmental problems within our food system while not asking consumers to change their habits After only a year and a half of Do Good Foods in market, it is amazing that the brand is resonating so well. We couldn’t be more proud of this partnership and thank you Victoria Gutierrez Joe Don Eilers Scott Gates and so many others for making this happen. Do Good Chicken can now be served at every college university, stadium and restaurant doing good for our plate and our planet - reducing greenhouse gas emissions and fighting food waste with each bite. #foodwaste #carbonreduced #dogood #cuttingedgesolutions #carbonreduced

EARTHDAY.ORG was thrilled to host a special event in New York City during #ClimateWeek, bringing together passionate environmental supporters from all walks of life, to discuss how to elevate the climate conversation. Among our esteemed guests was acclaimed Oscar nominated actress Amanda Seyfried - a Co-Founder of Make It Cute , a proud supporter of our tree planting campaign - The Canopy Project, and our very own board member, Justin Kamine, Co-Founder of Do Good Foods . We were delighted to be joined by Matthew Rios from sustainable wines, Gerard Bertrand. The night was filled with discussions of innovative approaches to sustainability which left a lasting impression on all attendees. We are immensely grateful for everyone's invaluable contributions, which continue to inspire and guide us in our ongoing battle to build a greener, brighter future for generations to come.

It’s Climate Week NYC, an event that takes place every year in partnership with the U.N. General Assembly and the City of New York. Food plays a significant role in climate change: 40% of the food grown in the U.S. goes to waste, and when that food waste hits our landfills, it’s a major contributor to greenhouse gases. Baldor is proud to partner with farmers and purveyors who are coming up with innovative ways to help create a less wasteful food system. Do Good Foods is one of those partners, driving change with their Do Good chicken. Do Good builds relationships with supermarkets; after surplus grocery food is donated for human consumption, Do Good upcycles what’s left over, turning it into a healthy, nutritious dried feed for chickens. Every chicken sold prevents 4 pounds of food waste from going into a landfill, and prevents 3 pounds of greenhouse gases from being created. It’s just one example of the creative thinking that’s good for the plate and good for the planet.
