Tianeptine, nicknamed 'gas station heroin', is making waves with its various forms from bulk powder to counterfeit pills mimicking opioids. Sold under names like 'ZaZa' and 'Neptune’s Fix', it's posing serious health risks. While an antidepressant abroad, it's not approved for medical use in the US.
