Today marks a special milestone as we celebrate ten years with Jose Leon, a general carpenter on our Seattle team. Jose started with us as a laborer and quickly became one of our most cherished and respected builders. His work ethic is unmatched; he arrives 15 minutes early every day and begins work before the rest of the crew arrives. Beyond his work, Jose is a devoted family man who loves exploring the beautiful mountains of the Pacific Northwest. Fun fact: we think of Jose every year on New Year’s Eve, as all those fireworks are also for his birthday! Thank you, Jose, for an incredible ten years!
