This past week, students of Gear Up CT - East Hartford, had the chance to meet with Devonte Dillion and Terrell Huff, MBA for a job site shadow! As part of Dilligence Training's - DT Cares Male Mentoring Program, GEAR UP students were able to learn more about running a business as an entrepreneur. During their visit, GEAR UP mentees learned about standard operations with opening the facility each day, overseeing personal training sessions, marketing/video operations, and the importance of healthy eating with Vita Lab.
