This past fall VJAA celebrated the beginning of construction of the new Chemistry Undergraduate Teaching Laboratory Building on the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities Campus. The $131 million, 120,000 square foot project is set at the hinge point between the neoclassical Cass Gilbert designed Northrup Mall and picturesque Knoll District. The project includes the renovation of the historic Fraser Hall head house as well as a new addition containing state-of-the-art chemistry labs. Teaching and informal gathering spaces will overlook the scenic Mississippi River valley and Minneapolis skyline. The new Fraser Hall and the addition will be open in Fall 2025. Dunham was proud to sponsor Hennepin Healthcare’s Adventurama event this year. The event attracted 138 team participants to complete in 10 Pit Stop events over a 3-mile loop around HCMC in downtown Minneapolis. Dunham sent a team of volunteers for what turned out to be a beautiful day running the Calisthenics station. We hope to see you all again at next year’s event!

We worked hard, had fun, and did good. We even had great weather. Volunteers from Dunham, Med Craft Healthcare, BWBR, MMC, and the NDSU Alumni group all came together to help a local family with some home and landscaping upgrades. This team has been volunteering to help these families since 2007. We are happy to say we have another year in the books, and we look forward to getting back together next year!
