At e.l.f., we don’t just watch the game - we e.l.f.ing change it. 💪 On National Girls & Women in Sports Day, we celebrate the athletes breaking barriers and making history. From racing to wrestling, we champion women in sports, giving them a platform for their voice that deserves to be heard. While the women’s sports industry is shattering records, the playing field is still uneven. What the e.l.f. does this mean? Did you know that by age 14, girls drop out of sports 2x the rate of boys due to lack of access, support and visibility? Women athletes inspire AND influence - they’re 2.8x more influential than traditional influencers and are seen as more credible brand ambassadors than their male counterparts. How e.l.f. is Leveling the Playing Field: 🎾 Billie Jean King Cup – Exclusive skin and cosmetics partner of the women’s World Cup of tennis. 🎤 iHeart Women’s Sports Audio Network – Founding partner of the first audio platform dedicated to women’s sports with iHeartMedia and Deep Blue Sports. 🏎️ Indy 500 – The first beauty brand to serve as a primary sponsor of a driver, and not just any driver, the ONLY female driver to compete in the 2024 race. 🤼 Girls Wrestling – Sponsor of the Wonder Women of Wrestling Varsity Tournament, supporting 700+ female athletes competing at the high school level. 🏒 Toronto Maple Leafs – 45% of Leafs fans are women, and we’re showing up for them in a way that’s never been done before, all season long. 🏊♀️ Anastasia Pagonis – Championing inclusivity by teaming up with Paralympic swimmer Anastasia Pagonis, a world record-holding swimmer and advocate for disability awareness, to ensure that sports - and beauty - are for everyone. e.l.f.’s mission to serve the underserved has led us deeper into women’s sports - and if you know us, you know we’re just getting started. Let us know in the comments where you want to see us show up next. More to come in 2025!

Beauty has the power to uplift, empower and heal. On World Cancer Day, we honor the transformative impact of beauty and self-care for those affected by cancer. That’s why Well People is proud to continue its partnership with Lipstick Angels, a nonprofit dedicated to providing beauty and wellness services to individuals undergoing cancer treatment. Today, Well People is launching the best-selling Lush Lip Tinted Oil in a NEW shade - Wildflower. 🌸 A sheer coral inspired by the resilience of wildflowers, this shade is more than just a lip color - it’s a statement of support and strength. 100% of net proceeds from Wildflower will benefit Lipstick Angels, helping to provide oncology-sensitive beauty services to those who need it most. A partnership built on purpose: 💚 Since 2019, Well People has supported Lipstick Angels, proving that beauty can be a force for good. 💚 Our Wildflower shade is available at wellpeople.com starting today and coming soon to Amazon, Ulta.com, Target stores, and Target.com on Sunday, February 16 - making it more accessible to shop with impact. 💚 Lipstick Angels’ expert makeup artists and wellness professionals provide clean beauty applications, skincare guidance and moments of connection - reminding patients they are seen, valued and beautiful. At e.l.f. Beauty, we believe that beauty should do more - and this collaboration is a reminder that even small act can make a beautiful difference. Shop here now: https://lnkd.in/e5kKtwYW

Last night, our Chairman and CEO, Tarang Amin, sat down with Erin Burnett on CNN to talk about our commitment to stand with every eye, lip and face. This spirit of positivity, inclusivity and accessibility has been engrained in our company since our founding over 20 years ago, and we are living proof that a commitment to a diverse, high-performing workforce is not only the right thing to do, but it makes e.l.f.ing sense. 🚀 “What gives us the courage is who we are,” said Amin. “I would argue our diversity is a key competitive advantage of our results.” We credit our success to our diversity inside and out – from our Board of Directors to our employees, reflecting the community we serve. CNN covered our commitment in a feature last week and dove deeper into the conversation in this interview. Check it out here: https://lnkd.in/g_KztFwd Thank you again to CNN, Erin Burnett and Nathaniel Meyersohn for helping to tell our story. Watch the full segment below to see why we’re proud to lead the charge.

Last night at the GRAMMY AWARDS, Alicia Keys was honored with two Grammy’s, bringing her lifetime Grammy Award Wins to a rare and remarkable count of 18. 🎵 The Recording Academy bestowed upon – in Queen Latifah’s words – “the one, the only Alicia Keys” one of the most important honors of the night: the Dr. Dre Global Impact Award. The award went to our beloved Goddess in Chief of Keys Soulcare not only for her contribution to the music industry (and she did also win her 17th musical award for Best Musical Theater Album for “Hell’s Kitchen”), but because of who she is as a human and the goodness she inspires in all of us. 🦄 “From her timeless music to her unwavering dedication to uplifting others, Alicia has made an indelible impact on the world,” said Harvey M., CEO of the Recording Academy. “Alicia embodies everything the Dr. Dre Global Impact Award represents – her artistry knows no bounds, her advocacy inspires meaningful change, and her influence has profoundly shaped culture. We are honored to celebrate her extraordinary legacy and the transformative contributions she continues to make in music and beyond.” From the stage, Alicia touched every soul in the arena in Los Angeles and the global audiences watching from home. With her core empathy, love and light shining brighter than ever, she addressed the timely conversation about why inclusivity matters: “This is not the time to shut down a diversity of voices.” She recognized the power of community and how, if harnessed, could lead the way to a brighter future for all. And Alicia certainly knows how to build and nurture a community, whether its lovers of art and culture, or the Lightworkers who fuel Keys Soulcare. 💜 “The more voices, the more powerful the sound,” she said. We at e.l.f. Beauty are listening – and making some noise.

Our community knows what they are going to get from us: positivity, inclusivity and accessibility as we emphasize the “every” in delivering the best of beauty for every eye, lip and face. Since our inception over 20 years ago, we've remained committed to democratizing access across all facets of our business, from our products to the highest seats of power. By actively listening to – and reflecting – the diverse community we serve, we have fueled 23 consecutive quarters of net sales and market share growth. Our commitment to inclusivity starts with our leadership – e.l.f. Beauty’s Board is one of only two, among 4,000 U.S. public traded companies, to be at least 78% women and 44% diverse. To underscore the impactful role of inclusivity in business, we released last fall the ‘Not-So-White Paper’, a report connecting diverse corporate boards of directors to positive results. Developed in collaboration with NACD and North Carolina A&T State University, the largest HBCU in the U.S., the report highlights the impact of board diversity on the success of U.S. publicly traded companies. The report is part of our Change the Board Game campaign, which aims to double the rate at which women and people of color are added to the boards of U.S.-based publicly traded companies by 2027. The research reveals a compelling truth: diversity isn't just the right thing to do—it's good for business. 👉 Above average gender diversity on corporate boards of S&P 500 companies saw 15% higher return on equity and a 50% reduction in earnings risk measured by EPS over one year. 👉 Women on boards correlate to better price-to-earnings ratios. 👉 Boards with three or more women and/or minorities have a lower likelihood of large-scale discrimination lawsuits. Want to learn more about how inclusivity makes e.l.f.ing cents? Read the 'Not-So-White Paper’ here: https://lnkd.in/e_eShckJ
