Cosmetics remains No. 1 - We SO proudly hold the title of the No. 1 preferred cosmetics brand among teens since 2022, gaining 6 points of share YOY to reach 35% among female teens. 🚀 e.l.f. SKIN jumps the ranks - e.l.f. SKIN leapfrogged to No. 8 from No. 10 in the spring with 2% mindshare  👏 elfcosmetics.com continues to drive traffic - elfcosmetics.com remained the No. 9 favorite beauty shopping destination for the 5th survey in a row! 💰Teens are spending more - Teen "self-reported" spending was up 6% to LY to $2,361 and up 4% vs. the Spring. 💄Beauty wallets are growing - The beauty wallet hit a new high since 2018 at $342 (+6% from LY), with fragrance leading the way at +25%!     Companies can do better. This is e.l.f.ing how.💥 We’re proud to release our "Not-So-White Paper," in collaboration with North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. This report underscores the impactful role that board diversity plays in the success of U.S. publicly traded companies. This partnership is part of e.l.f. Beauty’s Change the Board Game initiative, which is our long-term commitment to increasing diverse representation in the boardroom. This ambition is based on the belief that our own success in delivering 22 consecutive quarters of net sales growth is in part drawn from its diverse board. e.l.f. Beauty is the only publicly traded company in the U.S. out of approximately 4,100 with a Board of Directors that is 78% women and 44% diverse, reflecting the communities it serves. The "Not-So-White Paper" shows how, “Diversity is a complex topic, and there is no cookie-cutter solution to capturing the many benefits that diversity can bring to a board of directors. e.l.f. Beauty is an example of how an intentional, long-term talent strategy can create a balanced, diverse board that has overseen significant business growth and strong financial outcomes.” Key learnings include: - Diverse boards show a 15% higher return on equity. - There’s a 50% reduction in earnings risk when boards are more diverse. - Women on boards are linked to better price-to-earnings ratios. Recognizing that expanding leadership voices requires the partnership of other companies, our goal is to help double the rate at which women and people of color are added to the boards of directors of U.S.-based, publicly traded companies by 2027, enabling businesses to benefit from a wide range of perspectives and experiences. Diversity makes e.l.f.ing cents. It’s good for business. It’s good for shareholders. It’s better for your bottom line. And now we’ve got the research to back it the e.l.f. up. We ❤️ showing up in unexpected ways and delighting our community! Berlin 🇩🇪 e.l.f. hosted three intimate and unforgettable moments for our community including a live performance from rising star Cloudy June, who lit up the stage with her top hits, an exclusive masterclass with our e.l.f. makeup artists, and a pop-up event where 300 beauty lovers experienced the e.l.f. magic firsthand. We are blasting off in Germany! 🚀 Netherlands 🇳🇱 In Eindhoven, 1,500 beauty enthusiasts visited our Stop ‘N’ Glow Beauty Bar each day of our latest activation! Influencers Kenzie and Siham Sanadd joined the action, snapping selfies with fans and giving makeup touch-ups to spread even more e.l.f. love. Next stop - Rotterdam! Canada 🍁 Who doesn’t love a swirl? 🍦 We tricked out a local ice cream truck to serve up Soft Glam and soft-serve! Attendees received our Soft Glam Satin Foundation and were expertly shade matched to their unique skin tone. Connecting communities and shaping culture is in our DNA. We’re here to make sure everyone feels the love and inclusivity that defines our e.l.f. ethos. Thank you for welcoming us with open arms.
