This has been a tradition for Carter since 2022, and his excitement never fades. “Plunging to me shows tremendous bravery. I am doing it to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. I enjoy being surrounded by very supportive individuals such as family members, members affiliated with the Chicago Park District special rec department, Special Children’s Charities staff, and Easterseals.
