Easy Ice

A big thank you to Dominic Florio, our Service Delivery Coordinator in Marquette, for all he's done to earn an I.C.E. Award Nomination this month! These kind words from one of his colleagues are a perfect example of what he brings to his role: “Dominic handles all 3rd-party maintenance trades on top of service coordinating, answering phones, helping on the weekends, and opening the phones up everyday at 6:00am. He's always on top of getting the maintenance trades scheduled with the providers and works hard at making sure the customers are happy in the meantime. His calm and cool demeanor makes him one of the best at keeping customers happy while he's working on getting their machines traded.” Dominic, thanks again for all you do in Marquette—we appreciate you!

A big shout out to Dustin Robinson, a member of our IT Service Desk out of Marquette, for earning an I.C.E. Award nomination this month! Congratulations to Anna Massaro, one of our Service Delivery Coordinators in Marquette, for winning this month’s I.C.E. Award! 🧊🏆 These submissions from her teammates highlight just how much she’s done to earn this award in such a short time with Easy Ice: "Anna has taken on more and more in her role since she started at Easy Ice with nothing but a smile on her face. She is eager to learn and continue growing. She works in our weekend rotation to help answer phones, coordinates a large amount of service work orders, and always has a positive attitude. Anna is a team player, and we can usually count on her to have some sort of funny story to contribute to the team discussion."   "Anna has been with us a short time, but is such a quick learner. She's diligent in the work she does and her positive attitude makes her such a joy to work with. She's always on top of things and is willing to lend a hand whenever. Shout out to Tiffany Austin, our Orlando branch’s Operations Administrator, for earning an I.C.E Award nomination this month! Tiffany was chosen by her colleagues for being relentlessly resourceful and productive, and always making things happen when it comes to operations in Orlando. Here’s what a colleague had to say about everything she does for Easy Ice in such an important market: “Tiffany has really stepped up and taken on a lot of extra duties with so many changes happening in Orlando. She’s doing an excellent job and has gone above and beyond to make everyone else’s jobs go smoothly.” Thanks again for all you do to help us in Orlando, Tiffany—keep up all the great work!

Congrats to Debby Ganz, our Marquette branch’s Logistics Coordinator, for her August I.C.E Award nomination! Here are a couple of submissions from her colleagues highlighting how much she contributes to our success: "Debby is one of the hardest workers I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. She goes above and beyond each and every day. Her job is not easy, but she makes it happen. Tracking every single shipment inbound/outbound, coordinating movers, finding missing equipment, handling all damage claims—I could go on and on about everything she does. She is a HUGE support to all of us and has so much knowledge and experience in her field. Definitely a fantastic resource for our organization. She’s a wonderful coworker, friend, resource, support and we couldn't do it without her!"   "Debby demonstrates exceptional work in managing our tracking and shipping logistics on a daily basis. Her dedication and expertise is unmatched and works relentlessly to ensure shipments are getting to where they need to go and everyone involved is well informed. Without her meticulous records and communication efforts, the installation timeline that we see today simply would not exist. A big thank you to Hector DeJesus, one of our Field Service Technicians in Orlando, for all he’s done in his role to earn an I.C.E. Award nomination this month! Here’s what one of his teammates had to say about all his efforts in our Orlando branch: “Hector has been working tirelessly to keep our Orlando team afloat during this extremely busy season! Also, he and his wife just welcomed a new baby, and I don't know how he is doing it all so well. He has a positive attitude, and he’s always willing to come in early and stay late to help us out. Whatever it takes to get the job done! We can't thank him enough for stepping up.” Hector, we appreciate all you’ve done to help us bring Ice the Easy Way to customers in Orlando. Thank you for everything, and once again, congratulations on the newest member of your family!

A huge congratulations to Andrea Morales, our Scottsdale Branch’s Solutions Specialist Coordinator, for winning July’s I.C.E. Award! 🧊🏆 Andrea had so many submissions from her colleagues across so many different categories, we can’t even come close to fitting them all in this post!    With that said, we think this one is a great example of why we’re so lucky to have Andrea:    “Andrea, aka Dre, is usually the first person a customer speaks to when they call us. She has one of the most difficult jobs of anyone—she’s the first voice customers hear, and always leaves them with a positive impression upon speaking with her. One of her duties is answering the phones with an energetic, happy-to-help-you attitude to direct their call to the proper person or department.     She always directs our customers where they need to be in the most impressive manner imaginable. We hear her all day, and it's very motivating how calm and helpful she comes off to our customers. We're proud to hear her positive attitude and nobody is better on the phones with customers! We're very grateful to have her here on the phones for us! Way to go Dre!”    Andrea, thank you so much for all you do for our Scottsdale branch! Shout out to Jim Anderson, one of our Service Delivery Coordinators in Marquette, for his July I.C.E Award nomination! Jim was nominated for being the type of person to make things happen with his productivity and resourcefulness. “Jim has been an outstanding member of the Service Delivery team, and he’s learned so quickly in his near one year at Easy Ice. Jim has taken on additional responsibilities within our department as well as helping to start new adventures.   Jim not only takes on additional work, but he does it with the best attitude and always has a smile on his face and a kind word to say. Our customers could not be in better hands!”   Jim, thanks for not only being fantastic at your job, but also being a source of positivity and joy for your teammates around you! We appreciate you and are lucky to have you on our team.
