Kristina Wallace is celebrating her first anniversary with Edgewood Meadow Wind this week! 🎉 As a dining services director, Kristina strives to make the dining experience enjoyable for the residents. She likes collaborating and working hard with her team, noting that all of the teams at Meadow Wind go above and beyond to help make the residents happy. Kristina greatly enjoys her position and said it’s the best job she’s ever had: “I absolutely love it!” When she's not at Edgewood, you can find her with her husband and two boys, exploring the mountains or listening to rock music. We’re grateful for your first year with us, Kristina, and we’re excited to see what the future holds for you! 👏👏

Congratulations to Tracy, who is celebrating TEN years with Edgewood! 👏🎉 Tracy is our payroll specialist who left the chilly state of ND to continue serving her team working remotely: “I am so thankful that Edgewood has allowed me to continue to serve our employees from the sunshine state of Florida. I am truly blessed to have the best of both worlds.” Tracy has greatly enjoyed collaborating and growing with her team over the past decade. When she’s not working, she enjoys the beautiful weather and activities that Florida has to offer with her family. We’re grateful for Tracy’s ten years of service to Edgewood and hope to celebrate many more! 👏

She also enjoys the diversity of working in different departments. In her spare time, Shannon spends time with her family, including her husband of 34 years, 6 children, and 11 grandchildren. She enjoys staying busy with camping, hunting, gardening, and working on projects. Thank you for the last 2 years, Shannon! We're excited to celebrate many more! 🎉🎉

What's your typical strategy for an icebreaker to engage your employees? Sometimes our icebreakers provide some insight on getting to know one another, and sometimes they look like this ⤵ #Tiktok did it best and here we are playing along, except instead of a partner we chose our President of Edgewood Healthcare. "Draw our President and give his best quote." 😂 I'd say these are some great representations. Taking this approach, got everyone talking, laughing, and working together in no time!
