EHCEC exists to improve the quality of life through innovative, sustainable programs and services that empower men, women and youth to achieve their full potential. The organization exclusively focuses on the communities of Channelview, Crosby, Galena Park, Jacinto City, North Shore, and Sheldon. This region is home to more than 225,000 residents and lacks comprehensive services that will ultimately improve the quality of life of the people who live there.
