It’s easy to know what you’re doing and how to do it, but do you ever stop to ask yourself “Why am I doing this?” (and not in a sarcastic way because someone dumped something on you that you didn’t want to do). But truly asking yourself, “What drives me, why am I here?” That was the message Amanda Kephart, Executive Director, US Customer Experience, shared with the National FFA Organization delegates during the National FFA Convention & Expo last week. As continued supporters of FFA, we also welcomed more than 375 students to our headquarters office to participate in additional workshops centered around finding your why (also puppy snuggles, of course). So next time you hit a snag, stop and ask yourself, “Why am I doing this?” Once you have that answer, you’ll go beyond what you thought possible. #WeAreElanco #NationalFFA
