Join us for the NW 22nd Night Market this Saturday, October 12, from 5-8pm at Elephants Delicatessen at NW 22nd for an evening of harvest bounty. Dive into the autumn season with live jazz by El Camino Trio, samples from our holiday catering menu and our incredible food, wine, and beer partners, including Smith Tea, Casa Bruno Wines, Peterson Cheese, Loowit Brewing, and many more. We’ll even be creating a pumpkin patch where you can pick out a pumpkin to take home. Whether you’ve never visited our NW 22nd Elephants or you’re already a regular, all are welcome at this free Night Market.

Ever since our grand opening a year ago today, we’ve been serving great local foods to the Beaverton community and loving every minute. The biggest thank you to our amazing Cedar Hills team for all the incredible work they do, and here’s to many more years of deliciousness! 🥂

Thank you for an amazing 15 years! It's time to head to departures to wave a fond farewell to Flying Elephants at PDX. We are so proud to have been a part of the PDX Airport since 2009, and to have experienced how the space has grown and changed over the years. It’s been a great run, but we’ll be closing our doors on August 13th. A huge thank you to our incredible PDX crew, and to everyone who stopped in to enjoy a good meal before your flight. For those looking for fresh fabulous foods for folks on the fly, Hello From Portland will have a selection of Flying Elephants foods to choose from! Come see us at Elephants on Cedar Hills for Elephants family fun this Saturday, July 20th from 5-8pm. Meet some of our favorite vendors, sample some beer and wine and other goodies, and grab some gelato and fresh popcorn for the kids! We’re even featuring live music by the El Camino Trio, a skilled group of Portland-based musicians led by guitarist Miguel Hernandez, who pay homage to the Soul Music Trios of the 60s and 70s, while blending the sounds of groove music with Latin and jazz. We’re so thrilled to be a part of the Beaverton community! Thanks for having us, and we hope to see you at the Night Market.

Here’s to 45 years of Elephants Deli! CEO Anne Weaver recently spoke with Stephanie Kralevich from Fox 12 Oregon at our NW 22nd location to celebrate 45 years of Elephants! During their conversation, Anne reflected on fond memories from her family’s time with the company and leading the charge alongside her husband, Executive Chef Scott Weaver. She also explored all of Elephants’ great offerings as she and Stephanie toured NW 22nd, including the launch of our Delicious Dinner Deal this June, where customers can purchase three or more of our casserole entrées for 15% off.
