It has been a struggle. I have been trying to put into words what I experienced through the Elevating Humanity Through Leadership conference. It took 12-months of head down focus, planning, executing, creating, negotiating, collaborating, regulating emotions, asking, deciding, marketing, selling, hiring, risk taking, saying yes, saying no, letting go of outcomes, and building to pull it off. I had no idea what the end result would be. But, it worked. Elevating Humanity Through Leadership was a success. The journey to get there was incredible, arduous, and transformative. The conference unfolded into, as one attendee described, a collective of visionaries, connectors, deep thinkers, and humans who believe if we are willing to find and fulfill our purpose there is nothing we can't do as individuals and together. We meditated, explored, learned, gathered, moved, discussed, met some of the most incredible people, told stories, connected, created impact, immersed ourselves in the experience as each speaker brought to life their knowledge, insights, and thought-provoking topics infused with their stories. It was magical. People were transformed. I was transformed. 💙 Gratitude.
