Our 1st Annual ¡Viva la Vida! event was a delightful success! Mil gracias to the 50+ staff members, volunteers, sponsors, and partners who made this dream become a reality. We hosted over 200 individuals with running, walking, yoga, zumba, nature exploration activities and educational signage to encourage continued actions for a healthy life. The event brought in $15,000 in sponsorships, $5,000+ in-kind donations, and many new partnerships and connections! THANK YOU and we look forward to what 2025 will bring! *** Nuestro 1er evento ¡Viva la Vida! fue un gran éxito! Mil gracias a los más de 50 miembros del personal, voluntarios, patrocinadores y socios que hicieron realidad este sueño. Recibimos a más de 200 personas con actividades de carrera, caminata, yoga, zumba, exploración de la naturaleza y señalización educativa para fomentar acciones continuas para una vida saludable. ¡El evento generó $15,000 en patrocinios, más de $5,000 en donaciones y muchas nuevas asociaciones y conexiones! ¡GRACIAS y esperamos verlos en el 2025!

Last Thursday we held our second farm visit of the summer at Liepold Farms! Our team provided groceries, clothing donations, meals to families and fun activities to their children. Thank you to Meals On Us PDX for providing meals, and all our resource fair partners including Medical Teams International, Providence Community Health Workers, Clackamas County Public Health Division, Oregon Law Center, Community Development Corporation of Oregon, and Oregon Human Development Corporation. The connections you made with our community were meaningful and intentional, we are grateful for that. Last but not least, thank you to Ricki Ruiz for his generous donation to help us cover our event expenses. Muchas gracias! *** ¡El jueves pasado realizamos nuestra segunda visita del verano a la granja de Liepold Farms!
