As part of this contract, Baku Drilling School will provide training programs in Drilling Well Control and Immersive Simulator training, including Human Factor and Crew Resource Management. The primary objective of these programs is to equip both bp and its subcontractors' employees with the necessary knowledge and skills required to ensure safe and efficient drilling operations.
