🌍 𝗦𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗡𝗼𝗿𝘄𝗮𝘆 𝗮𝘁 𝗘𝗡𝗘𝗥𝗦𝗛𝗔𝗥𝗘 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗹𝘆 𝗶𝗻 𝗔𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗻, 𝗚𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘆! At the recent ENERSHARE General Assembly, project partners gathered to advance the development of a cutting-edge framework for trusted, data-driven energy services across Europe. This initiative, supported by the 𝗘𝗨’𝘀 𝗛𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘇𝗼𝗻 𝗘𝘂𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗺𝗲, aims to enhance collaboration, transparency, and security in energy data exchange. 💡🔗 Representing Smart Innovation Norway, Rose Matthews, our Behavioural Scientist, presented the 𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗵𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗻 as outlined in Deliverable 9.4, breaking it down for the pilots to review and adapt. 🌍 Last week, on behalf of ASM Terni S.p.A., I had the opportunity to participate in the ENERSHARE project's plenary meeting, hosted in Aachen. 🚀 We are excited to share that the 5th Enershare Plenary Meeting took place successfully in Aachen (Germany) at the end of last month from the 25th to the 26th of September. This gathering brought together our consortium to discuss our progress, align on upcoming objectives, and explore strategies to ensure our goals are met. The discussions were incredibly productive, covering a range of topics, from the evolution of the Enershare product to tailored workshops for pilots. The Decision Support Systems Laboratory of NTUA has developed the "TwinP2G" service for Pilot 4 (DEPA). This service aims to provide a Digital Twin (DT) for tailored and optimized simulations of Power-to-Gas investments. The laboratory has also released the initial research in a series focused on "Power-to-Gas investments for the Greek energy sector." 🇮🇹 On the 18th and 19th of September, Enershare was present at the 10th edition of the FIWARE Global Summit in Naples, Italy. 💡 We were excited to bring the Enershare mission to the forefront as part of the Exhibition Hub, which welcomed an audience of over 400 attendees - public administrations, academics, developers, entrepreneurs, investors, ICT companies, accelerators, SMEs, and large enterprises - from all corners of the world. On September 6th, Charukeshi Joglekar (Team Automated Energy Systems, Fraunhofer Center Digital Energy) participated in the ECCE Europe Conference in Darmstadt. At the event, she took part in a special session on Cybersecurity in Power Electronic Dominated Grids, presenting the topic of "Secure and sovereign data exchange in future energy systems" - a topic very much in line with the mission of Enershare. Even during the summer season, the Enershare consortium is making substantial progress with new updates, presentations, and upcoming events. In last month's round-up we take a look at the following two updates: 💡 The EPU unit of the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA) had a considerable representation and contribution in this year’s fifteenth International Conference on Information, Intelligence, Systems and Applications (IISA) in Chania, Greece. Among others, with the presentation of two studies, which were delivered within EPU’s contribution to Enershare. 💡 Enershare is excited to be attending the 10th edition of the FIWARE Global Summit in Naples, Italy, on the 18th and 19th of September. In July, we announced that Enershare will also have a presence at the Exhibition Hub of the event. 💡 Data spaces play a crucial role in driving the digitalization of electrical energy systems, fostering improved efficiency, reliability, and sustainability. They not only unlock new business opportunities but also tackle existing technical challenges. #️⃣2️⃣ Version 2.0 is the latest version of the blueprint of the Common EU Energy Data Space.
