It was an outstanding opportunity to demonstrate our combined capabilities in successfully performing #CUAS and air defense missions. "Over the course of the exercise MARSS’ NiDAR system, integrated with EOS’s and NG’s effectors, repeatedly defeated Class 1 and 2 drones at ranges approaching one kilometre. As a result of this extraordinary success-rate, alongside detailed testing of the NiDAR platform, MARSS has been selected to demonstrate the system to key partners during the Middle East phase of the exercise – which will see MARSS tackle Class 3 fixed-wing drones at longer ranges." We are pleased 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 Shawn Baerlocher 𝗮𝘀 𝗖𝗘𝗢 𝗼𝗳 𝗘𝗢𝗦 𝗗𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗲 𝗦𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀 𝗨𝗦𝗔. Shawn brings over 30 years of experience in leading multiple defense programs across the entire Department of Defense and other government agencies. Serving in several senior leadership roles at Northrop Grumman and L3Harris Technologies, his critical experience in program management and technology commercialization will be essential to the continued growth at EOS. Based in Huntsville, Alabama, Shawn's primary focus will be on expanding EOS’ presence in the North American defense markets for 𝗥𝗲𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗲 𝗪𝗲𝗮𝗽𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 and 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿-𝗨𝗔𝗦 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀, as well as enhancing the production capabilities of EOS to better serve both US and international customers. Shawn steps into the role following the recent retirement of Brigadier General (Retired) Philip C.. He will collaborate closely with Christian Tobergte, 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗩𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝗗𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗦𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀 (𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹). “EOS wishes to acknowledge the significant impact and dedication Phil contributed to the company during his tenure with us over the past six years. His leadership has been pivotal to our success and growth in the US market.
