His impressive client portfolio includes top-tier institutional investors, insurance companies, private equity firms, and family office platforms, reflecting his ability to deliver results for some of the most influential entities in the industry.   As Senior Vice President of Investment Sales, George Stecz manages investment strategies, dispositions, acquisitions, and capital deployment, further enhancing Equity Commercial Real Estate Solutions' ability to identify and execute strategic opportunities in the commercial real estate market. Happy Monday! We recently celebrated our 37th anniversary at Equity Fest. Equity Fest is an annual celebration for family and colleagues, and it is especially important for us as it's our opportunity to give back to the causes that matter most to us via our Equity ECS Foundation. We do what we do so we can invest in causes like Festa. Thank you to all our clients and colleagues who have been involved in the Equity story these past 37 years. Exciting news! Congrats to our team member Nick Sansone on closing this 10-year lease!

Yesterday our team broke ground alongside Eco Plumbers, Electricians, and HVAC Technicians and City of Hilliard, Ohio USA on the Britton development of 19-plus acres of land east of Britton Parkway to make way for the 150,000+ square foot flex industrial building. Eco Plumbers, Electricians, and HVAC Technicians will be the anchor tenant on this newly developed building and will be moving their headquarters to this site which will include a training facility for Eco Plumbers, Electricians, and HVAC Technicians team members. We're proud to play a role in this big win for Eco Plumbers, Electricians, and HVAC Technicians and the City of Hilliard, which will result in more jobs in the community!
