This October, Erland celebrated Employee Ownership Month both in the field and the office. From a fall potluck with colleagues to an ESOP Lunch & Learn to our first Trunk or Treat and Tailgate with family and friends, we used the time to embody employee ownership and recognize our collective role in Erland’s continued success.
