It was great to be alongside state leaders and many partners from across Essex County at the #ResilientMass Summit on Thursday at UMass Boston, a historic statewide convening focused on #ClimateResilience. ECCF's Stratton Lloyd joined panelists Kirk Bosma, senior coastal engineer and Innovation Director at Woods Hole Group, Inc. and Jarrett Byrnes, associate professor of biology at UMass Boston, along with moderator Undersecretary for Environment, Energy & Environmental Affairs Stephanie Cooper to talk about #CoastalResilience. Convenings and partnerships like these are critical to creating a resilient #EssexCounty for all, and we were so honored to be a part of it.

The in-person keynote kickoff happens May 1 at Pingree School and is followed by six weeks of virtual workshops. We hope you can join us. Early bird registration ends at midnight on April 4. Last month, a group of ECCF friends and donors visited Our Neighbors' Table and their Seacoast Regional Food Hub in #Salisbury. It's an amazing place, connecting all parts of the #FoodSecurity system in the lower #MerrimackValley. Site visits to local organizations are a way for ECCF to learn alongside our fundholders and to connect #LocalNeed with #LocalGiving. Read about ONT, the Food Hub and their amazing work.
