In early October, a team from FCP took to the rooftop of a donated home to Habitat for Humanity of Washington, D.C. & Northern Virginia. The team, consisting of Top Row: Andrew Jung, Patrick Beddingfield, CPA Middle Row: Will Rippeto, Gretchen Bowers, Elizabeth Cotter Bottom Row: Patrick Leasure, Kevin (KP) Porter, Brian Cohn, tore out the old roof, transported demolished materials for reuse and landfill, and helped to prepare the home to be converted into two condos. FCP® has published its 2023 ESG Report, providing reporting and metrics on the firm’s activities in the areas of #EnvironmentalSustainability, #SocialResponsibility, and #Governance. FCP recently participated with Freddie Mac Multifamily in their 2024 Stop and Serve event in McLean, VA. The Stop and Serve event occurred simultaneously across three Freddie Mac offices (VA, Chicago, and NYC) with Multifamily Impact Sponsors such as FCP present at all three events. The Freddie Mac Multifamily team donated and helped the FCP team pack 150 backpacks filled with school supplies to go to FCP residents at four of our Maryland properties. FCP team members also gave a presentation on the company, our business strategies, and our environmental and social responsibility platform.
