We were so proud to cut the ribbon for the re-opening of Park Village Apartments in Shelby, Ohio last week!! This affordable housing community, which offers 128 units of Rural Development senior housing, has undergone a complete renovation. Residents are excited to have improved living spaces along with an updated laundry facility, arts and crafts area, lounge area, meeting room, activity room, fitness room, community kitchen and an outdoor walking path with a community garden.
