Congratulations to E Tech Group, a Falfurrias Capital Partners' portfolio company, on its agreement to be acquired by Graham Partners! This transaction culminates in a very successful partnership between Falfurrias and E Tech. Since investing in January 2018, Falfurrias has helped the Company execute its organic and inorganic growth plan to expand into new geographies and end-market verticals. This included successfully integrating four acquisitions during Falfurrias’ investment, including Glenmount Global Solutions, Superior Controls, Inc., E-Volve Systems, and Automation Group. Additionally, Falfurrias invested in the E Tech team, adding several key management team members, including CEO Matt Wise, and further developing the sales organization.    We thoroughly enjoyed our partnership with the E Tech team and look forward to their continued growth and success as they join Graham Partners. We are excited to partner FMP’s industrials experience with Josh’s operational expertise to explore growth-oriented businesses in the Industrial Technology landscape. We look forward to investing in a platform alongside Josh, leveraging his industry experience and proven leadership skills, and building and growing technology-focused industrial companies.    Josh brings extensive operational expertise to FMP and our portfolio companies. Before joining Falfurrias, Josh spent nearly 15 years at SPX Corporation and subsequently SPX Flow in a variety of leadership roles. Most recently, he served as President of SPX Flow’s ~$800 million Nutrition and Health division where his responsibility spanned large-scale systems to equipment and aftermarket support. Throughout his career, Josh has been instrumental in professionalizing operations, implementing productivity initiatives, and developing innovative products and services to cater to an array of end markets.    Ken Walker, Chip Johnson, Jubal Early, and the broader FMP team are excited to work alongside Josh to continue to drive growth and profitability across our portfolio.
