This year marks our fifth year as proud sponsors of the Lakewood Ranch Business Alliance "Alliance Gives Back," where the Lakewood Ranch business community unites to support local nonprofit partners. It's a highlight on our annual calendar, and our team always looks forward to getting involved and giving back. Last Friday, we volunteered with BIG BROTHERS-BIG SISTERS FOUNDATION OF THE SUNCOAST INC, whose mission is to foster one-on-one mentoring relationships that empower youth. To support their efforts, we painted rocks that will be gifted to the kids in the program, adding a personal touch to their experience.

Tomorrow is World Teachers' Day, and we’re celebrating all the teachers, and faculty, and staff who inspire and shape our future generations every day! We've all been impacted by teachers in some way — whether in elementary school classrooms, college lecture halls, or through coaches, tutors, and mentors who have guided us outside the classroom. In 2020, Bradenton Christian School’s unveiled the Pentecost Athletic Center, a 65,000 sq.ft. 2-story facility, bringing modern athletic facilities to the school’s 800 students. The cutting-edge complex was made possible by a $17 million donation through the Pentecost Foundation. The building serves many purposes: meeting spaces, offices, locker rooms, storage, concessions, a dining hall, weight rooms, and the crown jewel — a showpiece gymnasium. We also designed dugouts for softball and baseball, along with bleacher seating for baseball, softball, football, and soccer fields. Inside, the school’s branding and colors are woven throughout, fueling athletes to perform their best and feel most at home. And for visiting teams? Welcome home, athletes! Stepping into the Atlanta Braves Player Academy in Wellen Park, Florida, immediately showcases the team's athletic excellence. When designing the Academy, we infused their brand into every detail— from signage and art to logos, finishes, and color schemes. The moment you step inside, the experience kicks off with subtle sophistication: dynamic lighting hinting at motion and direction, while a bold logo, complemented by the official team colors, stands as the lobby’s focal point. Inspirational quotes, iconic images, and bold MLB branding fill the halls, creating a constant reminder of the dedication that brought these athletes here — and the limitless potential that lies ahead as they train, push boundaries, and hone their skills. #SportsArchitecture #MajorLeagueBaseball #MLB #AthleteExperience #BrandinginDesign #BoldDesign #AthleticExcellence

Wellen Park is seeing a boom in development, introducing more community-oriented families into Sarasota County’s growing population. At the forefront of the master planned community stands the Atlanta Braves Spring Training facilities. Offering a plethora of community events, from concerts to festivals to (of course) baseball games, CoolToday Park is a great place to gather. The stadium features seating for a crowd of 6,200, a tiki bar, and a 360-Degree boardwalk. On top of that, the entirety of the Spring Training Complex also includes agility fields, a 55,000 sq.ft. clubhouse for Major and Minor League teams, athletic training facilities, and executive offices. The expansive layout also includes two major league fields, 4 minor league fields, batting tunnels, pitching mounds, and a coaching observation tour. To the East sits the Braves’ Players Academy, a two-story 45,627 sq.ft. accommodation, complete with a recreation room, auditorium, kitchen and dining hall, and housing for 102 athletes. #SpringTraining #MasterPlannedAthletics #MajorLeagueBaseball #SportsArchitecture
