Next Gen FSA will create an ideal customer experience combining multiple websites, mobile applications, contact centers, and other customer interfaces into a simplified, consistent, and engaging experience enhanced by standardizing training and tools across vendors and partners. With a focus on mobile engagement, Next Gen FSA will meet customers where they are, letting them connect with FSA on the device of their choice cutting clutter seamlessly and connecting customers with support as needed.
