Carleen Jimenez is a recent alumna of Wellesley College, completing her degree with honors in three years. She earned a B.A. in Psychology with a minor in English, and Carleen is dedicated to applying a social science perspective towards a career in Communications and Public Relations. Being born into and raised in a multigenerational home, and her journey to earn the Girl Scouts of Greater Los Angeles Gold Award, have served as two lifelong instrumental influences. Immediately following graduation, Carleen was selected as a 2024 Scholar of Hispanas Organized for Political Equality (HOPE), which laid foundation that coupled with the invitation to serve as a Fall 2024 Congressional Hispanic Leadership Institute (CHLI) Global Leader. As a CHLI Global Leader, Carleen refined her ability to maneuver political ecosystems, elevating her skillset onto Capitol Hill, during her congressional placement in the office of Rep. Jenniffer González Colón. In tandem, Carleen’s prior experiences as a communications intern at both HOPE and the office of the Los Angeles County Fifth District Board of Supervisor Kathryn Barger have equipped her with valuable skills directly transferable to her CHLI corporate placement with Ferox. One day, Carleen envisions that her storytelling perspective, enhanced by her experience in communications, will bring to fruition her journey of becoming a children’s book author and breathing life into mystical fantasylands of her own creation between pages of prose. #Hustle #Welcome #EmbersofHope #HOPEImpact

Less than two weeks away from Election Day calls for a primer on the Electoral College! In today’s #FeroxFinding, we plunge into the many scenarios this year’s electorate could bring alongside a refresher on how the system works. Both Vice President Harris and former President Trump have various paths to victory coming down to the seven key swing states. And if they both snag 269 electoral votes? That may be for Pennsylvania to decide… #winnertakeall #showdown #midweekblues #primer #education #future

Today, Ferox attended The Hill's “Bang for Your Buck: Get the Most from Your 2025 Medicare Drug Benefits.” Panelists discussed the changes Medicare beneficiaries can expect to see in Part D plans from the implementation of the Inflation Reduction Act’s (IRA) price negotiations, $2,000 cost cap, Prescription Payment Plan (MP3), and expanded Extra Help program. They affirmed the standing of the IRA next year rests on Congressional majorities and who wins the White House. #Hustle #TwoWeeksToGo #Medicare #CMS

As early voting ramps up and absentee ballots hit mailboxes, this week’s #FeroxForecast checks out recent race movements from the Cook Political Report (CPR). CPR moved 11 competitive races this month, including four to toss-ups: Rep. Zach Nunn (R-IA) versus Lanon Baccam (D), Rep. Mariannette Miller-Meeks (R-IA) versus Christina Bohannan (D), the Virginia 7th District race between Eugene Vindman (D) and Derrick Anderson (R), and Sen. Tammy Baldwin (D-WI) versus Eric Hovde (R). Sen. Jon Tester’s (D-MT) battle moved from a toss-up to leaning Republican, joining Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX), whose race heightened from its likely Republican spot. Other notable shifts include Rep. Tom Kean Jr.’s (R-NJ) race from lean to likely Republican and both Reps. Eric Sorenson (D-IL) and Frank Mvran (D-IN) moving their races in the same direction across the aisle. With less than three weeks to go (who’s counting), stay tuned for more from our #ElectionOutlook slide deck! #Hustle #2024Election #Vote #OctoberSurprises
