Tiffany Motyka brings a wealth of experience in student financial aid, having worked across both two-year and four-year public and private institutions. Her diverse background includes roles in enrollment management, student affairs, and as a faculty member, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of higher education. Since joining Financial Aid Services (FAS), Tiffany has been instrumental in supporting financial aid offices nationwide. She excels in Interim Staffing, Consulting, and Assessment services, focusing on improving business processes, strengthening compliance, and enhancing student satisfaction. Tiffany’s approach is rooted in business analytics, collaborative data-driven decisions, and lean processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. Her doctoral research focused on the workplace engagement of financial aid personnel, reflecting her dedication to understanding and enhancing the work environments within financial aid offices. With over 20 years of dedicated experience in the financial aid sector, Mr. Eric King stands as a seasoned professional whose career has significantly impacted multiple institutions. Beginning as an Associate Director of Financial Aid at Jarvis Christian University, Eric swiftly advanced to Director roles at prestigious institutions such as Wiley College and Southwestern Christian College. His breadth of experience also includes work as an independent consultant, allowing him to bring his expertise to a variety of settings. Eric's proficiency spans across critical areas of financial aid administration. He is adept at performing verification, managing Return of Title IV Funds (R2T4) and Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP), processing loans, and packaging federal, state, and institutional awards. His deep understanding of institutional, program, and student eligibility requirements, along with his expertise in need analysis for both federal and institutional methodologies (FM and IM), make him an invaluable asset to any team. One of Eric's standout strengths is his ability to guide families through the complexities of FAFSA and CSS Profile applications, ensuring they are completed accurately and efficiently. His technical skills are bolstered by his experience with financial aid systems such as PowerFAIDS, Jenzabar, and POPULI. Additionally, Eric has extensive experience in preparing essential reports like FISAP, IPEDS, FADB (Texas), and others, alongside handling budgets with precision. Eric's hands-on experience with Heightened Cash Monitoring 2 (HCM2) and his leadership on SACS Reaccreditation Committees at multiple colleges highlight his commitment to compliance and institutional integrity. He has also successfully led A133 audit teams, responded to Program Reviews, and navigated the complexities of Title IV Recertification, showcasing his expertise in maintaining and enhancing institutional eligibility for federal funding. Beyond his technical skills, Eric is known for his collaborative approach, working seamlessly with various departments to create and update policies and procedures that align with institutional goals.
