I spoke with a partner leader a couple of weeks ago and asked him, as I usually do, what were his favorite parts about his Firneo experience. What really drew him in was the coaching. Sure, he might have still gone through the content if it was just videos, but the one-on-one coaching component was the game-changer for him. Why? Because his biggest wins have always come from having mentors—people further along in their journey who he could learn from. Being able to build relationships with mentors or coaches has been a key factor in his success. When you’re in a role where you're the only one doing what you do, it’s tough to find others to bounce ideas off of. That’s why having a coach is so powerful. The opportunity to talk things through with someone who gets it can make all the difference. Templates and tools are great. But the conversations, the guidance, and the feedback that comes from working with someone who’s been there before is invaluable.
