We are celebrating Kimberly Martin's 35th anniversary with US! Kim has been with our family of companies since 1989. As a current vice president of operations, Kim provides direction and oversight for various Medicare Administrative Contractor functions including our electronic mailroom, electronic claims enrollment, provider enrollment, customer contact center, provider outreach and education, and the DMEPOS supplier enrollment contract. During her time with US, she has also worked in various leadership positions in our Customer Contact Center and Provider Enrollment. In her role, Kim has the opportunity to work across our entire organization and is a true advocate for US in our growth strategy. We asked Kim to share about her time with US, she shared: “During my 35-year career in the Medicare Program, I’ve been involved in many transformational events initiated by the government, healthcare industry and our company with the common goal of providing exceptional service and support to all Medicare stakeholders. In addition to the challenging and fulfilling work, the highlight of my career is working with a team of very dedicated and knowledgeable individuals who care about each other, what they do and always rally to meet the unexpected. I am so proud to be part of this team. No matter where you work or what you do, work hard, and help others be successful.” Thank you, Kim! We are so glad you are part of US!

That's a wrap on the American Heart Association’s 2024 First Coast Heart Walk! Harvey’s Heartbeats had a fantastic time getting our steps in and retaining our top team title for the AHA’s Move More challenge. This year, our tent was Paw-lympics themed and we invited all our furry friends to get their picture taken on our podium. While this may have been the First Coast Heart Walk, we had team members participating from all over the country. We are proud to walk for the Heart Heroes among US and those who have been impacted by cardiovascular disease. By caring for one another, we can make a difference.
