That's a wrap on the American Heart Association’s 2024 First Coast Heart Walk! Harvey’s Heartbeats had a fantastic time getting our steps in and retaining our top team title for the AHA’s Move More challenge. This year, our tent was Paw-lympics themed and we invited all our furry friends to get their picture taken on our podium. While this may have been the First Coast Heart Walk, we had team members participating from all over the country. We are proud to walk for the Heart Heroes among US and those who have been impacted by cardiovascular disease. By caring for one another, we can make a difference.

Our secure online portal, SPOT, includes an eligibility feature that contains accurate and up-to-date information straight from the CMS HETS system. The information available in this feature is organized into tabs that make it easy to locate details such as immunization dates (found in the preventative tab) and hospital stay information (found in the inpatient tab). Once enrolled for SPOT, obtaining a patient’s eligibility information is as simple as signing in, clicking the Eligibility feature, and searching for your patient. If you do not currently have access, we encourage you to enroll today. Join us for a free SPOT enrollment webinar on Oct. 16 to learn more. Visit https://lnkd.in/ewb-grA to register!
