FirstService Energy advisors worked with Live Building Systems to install an automated meter reader to actively monitor the water usage in a 120-unit FirstService Residential managed building. With consistent monitoring and issue resolution, the building's consumption declined by 3,089 gallons per day in one month. On-site staff performed an inspection for in-unit leaks, leading to another decline in consumption. The projected yearly savings for the property is $33,660.
