Flutter’s New York office hosted the “Changing the Game for Good” event this month, bringing together our global teams and leadership to celebrate progress in sustainability and responsible gaming. Hosted by Lisa Kerney - Peter Jackson, Amy Howe, Pádraig Ó Ríordáin, Barni Evans, Francesco Durante, and Ian Brown, along with colleagues across the Group, Sue Albion, Kat McGurk, Jane Palles, Andrew Sheh and Natasha Rai participated in this inspiring event that set out our clear sustainability agenda for change and how we’re addressing the issues and opportunities that are specific to our business and sector.   Key highlights included unpacking our #PlayWell strategy, aiming for 75% of active customers to use Play Well tools by 2030, with 47.5% already using them, emphasizing the crucial role of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) in fostering an inclusive culture through our #WorkBetter pillar and celebrating reaching 100% renewable energy for scope 2 emissions as a business, significantly reducing our environmental impact through our #GoZero pillar. Over €285,000 raised! 🙌  Flutter's second Charity Ball in Dublin was an incredible success, raising funds for Spinal Injuries Ireland – the country’s only dedicated support service for people living with spinal cord injuries. Thanks to the generosity of our amazing attendees, these funds will make a huge impact, helping the charity provide even more essential services nationwide.   We raised close to €100k on the night from our silent auction, mascot race and Flutter UK & Ireland even matched donations to €200k and with ticket sales included, this raised a total of €285k!   Pádraig Ó Ríordáin, CLO and Group Commercial Director at Flutter, commented: “We are grateful for the generosity of our guests and donors who collectively helped us to more than double our original fundraising target.
