Our Rockford and Evanston branches had some very busy days last week! We wanted to thank the for the amazing Downtown Business Trick or Treat on Wednesday the 23rd. This was our Rockford Team's first year at that event and we were shocked at how many of you came out to that event. We ran out of candy, but we have learned a lot for next year and hope to see you again! (All 7000 of you!) Another thank you to for another Trick or Treat Stroll on Saturday the 26th. This is our Evanston Team's second year participating and we had just as much fun this year as last year. It was warmer this year too! We loved seeing all of the creative costumes and appreciated being able to join the city at the Fountain Square to hand out our bags to those looking to take a bigger portion of the candy home.

Our Rockford branch on Show Place Drive is going to have a very special guest visiting on December 7h. He's got a white beard and rosy red cheeks and has a pretty busy night in December coming up. We hope you'll join us as we have Cookies with Santa! Santa will be visiting from 10am until 11:30am to take photos and enjoy sweets. You'll be able to use your own camera to take photos with Santa for free! We'll print one 4x6 photo for you for free! As a gift from us to you, we'll also be giving you a free ornament craft to take home. You'll be able to place a photo inside if you choose! So save the date to see Santa at Show Place! Filled with photos from the local area, this full size calendar will help you keep track of important dates. You can pick yours up at any of our locations, until the supply runs out!

As the weather gets colder and we put more layers on before heading outside, we're hoping to share some of that warmth and show support to the Rockford Family Peace Center. Last year, your combined efforts allowed us to bring a large donation of new gloves, mittens, scarves, hats, and warm socks for youth and adults. This year, we hope to help even more by collecting those same helpful items. Bring your donations to either of our Rockford locations, either our branch at Show Place Drive or our Mortgage Office on Stalter Drive. We'll be collecting items from now until December 7th.
