“Unlike other scholarships, this one focuses less on me and more on what my dad has achieved and earned. It also allows me to understand and focus on the relationship he and I have and how it is very special and unique. A scholarship like this is a saving grace for our family. To the donors who make this possible, I cannot thank you enough for your generosity. I am incredibly grateful” Meet Sam Molthen, son of United States Marine Corps Corporal Thomas Molthen and Folds of Honor recipient. Sam is pursuing a Turfgrass degree at Clemson University with aspirations to have a career in Landscape Construction. It’s because of the continued support from generous patriots like you, Folds of Honor is able to help students like Sam reach their goals. Our hearts are with everyone affected by the devastating winds and wildfires in Texas and Oklahoma. We are incredibly grateful for the brave first responders who are risking their lives and working tirelessly to protect families, homes, and wildlife. Their courage and dedication are nothing short of heroic. Please join us in prayer for their strength, safety, and the communities impacted. "The Lord is a refuge for the oppressed, a stronghold in times of trouble." Psalm 9:9

“This scholarship has had a tremendous impact on not only myself but my educational endeavors. Although I did not get to experience the traveling aspect of being in a military family, I did adopt the values of learning to serve my community, help my fellow man in need, and compassion. This molded me into the person I am today because I love serving underprivileged people in my community and helping them in any aspect I can. It makes me feel good to know I can make a difference in other people's lives. Learning how to help other people early shaped me into the person I am by giving me options for my future career choice. Having compassion molded me into the person I am today by allowing me to be empathetic and understand situations of other people and adequately be able to find a solution.” Meet JaLisa Adams, daughter of United States Army First Sergeant Donald Adams and Folds of Honor recipient. JaLisa is pursuing her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Columbus State University and aspires to be a Community Mental Health Counselor. It’s because of the continued support from generous patriots like you, Folds of Honor is able to help students like JaLisa reach their goals.
