Role #1 Mid-Level Designer (Digital and Social Assets) – NYC / Hybrid Mid-level creative designer with a focus on designing digital and social assets for multiple paid media campaigns. The ideal candidate would have experience working on high volume paid media campaigns with a focus on digital and social assets for a financial services brand OR tech or telecom brands. Designer would report into a Creative Director who would plug into our creative team and work with the larger brand creative team to explore creative solves. This role will be responsible for ideation, design explorations, and creation of samples to be handed off for final execution to motion designers and HTML5 designers. Must be comfortable translating existing brand guidelines into new creative assets. Must be comfortable working with high volumes of files and versions. Role #2 Senior-Level Designer (Motion) – NYC / Hybrid Senior designer with a specialty in motion/After Effects to plug into our creative team to ideate and explore animation approaches for banners and social videos in the creative process. The ideal candidate would have experience at branding agencies with a focus in motion and collaborating with creative teams in creative development. This role will be responsible for ideation, explores, and creation of motion samples to be handed off to post-production partner for versioning and final execution. Role #3 Senior HTML5 Banner Developer (Motion) – NYC / Hybrid TBC Looking for an experienced HTML5 Banner Developer to work with our team for ongoing animated banner campaign production needs. Our ideal candidate will have experience working within or alongside ad agencies to develop best-in-class animated HTML5 banners at high volumes. This candidate will be responsible for building animated banners from Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop files and provided motion direction. They will be responsible for QC across many asset sets and sizes, while ensuring banners are performance optimized for load times, responsiveness, and cross browser compatibility. This position requires mastery of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, and the candidates preferred banner animation tools and libraries. Understanding of UX/UI principles and display advertising best practices preferred. We may need to scale the development team up to asset turnaround time and quantity - the senior developer will be responsible for QC of any additional developers brought on. Experience leading a small team is a plus.
